Main Window

Left Panel boxes:
On the left panel you will see these (below shown) boxes.
Input Devices (Keyboard etc..):

You can normally leave this ON (green) for playing as well as while editing. When you do the editing you would be using keyboard and mouse which will keep playing sound also, if find it as a nuisance you can OFF it for editing.
If Input Device is OFF, there will not be any playing of sound for any input. This will help you to use your keyboard and mouse freely for editing or other work.
If the Input Device is ON, All the inputs (like pressing of keys in keyboard or clicking/moving of mouse/joystick etc..) will be directed to the current play board and will keep playing the sounds as per its play assignment.
Stop:

These stop buttons are self-explanatory.
Play Assignment Box:

You will assign/edit/view sound to each key here. See Play Assignment for more details.
Active Play Board:

This shows the Active/Current Play Board. All the inputs (like pressing of keys in keyboard or clicking/moving of mouse/joystick etc..) will be directed to the current play board to play sound. Only the one play board (current play board) will play at a time.
Recording and Playback:

You can record your keystrokes played and replay it later. Use the record button and start playing your music, and when you are finished you stop the recording. The recording that is done is always with a name.
Manage multiple keystroke recordings:
You can do many recording with different names, use the Manager button to open another window to manage your recordings. Use this window to change to another recording to make it current and do recording or play that one. The recording can be added, renamed or deleted in this window renamed. The entire recording are saved in the file.
Status Bar: (At the bottom of the main window)

When you move the mouse on any of the item you can read help tips about that item in the status bar 1, Internal progress status and error are reported in status bar 2.
