USB Password Storage
AEP2009 PRO has special ability to store all user passwords on favourite USB Flash Drive storage (Flash Drive, USB Drive, iPOD etc) in encrypted form.
For example you could generate very strong binary passwords (it is impossible to remember such passwords) and store all them on selected USB Flash Drive.
To enable this ability, go to Main Menu->Options->Options..., then click on eTokens item.

Please make sure the "Enable USB Flash Memory Cards Support" box is checked.
What AEP PRO does when this option is enabled: it creates special subfolder \$AEP_PASSWORDS$ in the root folder of the flash drive. And keeps all internal settings and passwords inside this folder.
When the USB Flash Drive is connected to a USB port on your computer and this option is enabled, just click on U (means USB) button right to password text field in Encryption/Decryption subform:

USB Passwords Storage Tool
This dialog is called from Main Menu->Tools->USB Flash Drive Passwords Storage..

This tool is used to manage passwords on your USB Flash Drive(s). It can keep both types of passwords: symmetric and assymmetric (RSA).
To add (or generate) new password click on Add New... button.
To protect all passwords on selected USB Flash Drive - click on Encryption... button.
Master Password Protection
To prevent the possibility of stealing passwords from your USB Flash Drive, AEP has special feature to protect all passwords on this USB Flash Drive/iPOD etc by single Master Password. It will be required to type the Master Password to get access to all passwords on USB Flash Drive.
Please note - if you use Master Password to protect all another encryption passwords/RSA keys on USB drive - all of them will be strongly encrypted by encryption algorithm AES256 bit.
If you want to protect all passwords on Flash Drive by single Master Password - click on Encryption... button on USB Passwords Storage Tool dialog.
When you firstly connect the USB Flash Drive with protected contents (by Master Password) - you will see the following situation:

As you see all passwords on this drive are hidden (AEP cannot access them because it does not know the right Master Password).
Click on Enter Master Password... button, then enter Master Password and now it will be possible to use the master password.
The Master Password will be forgotten when you disconnect the USB Flash Drive from the USB port of your computer.
Since version 2.0.0 it is possible to decrypt files using keys (PKI or symmetric) located on USB memory stick.
To decrypt files from main GUI program, click Decrypt button then click checkbox "Find passwords on USB".
Or activate this checkbox in "files decryption" window when you decrypt files from context menu of Windows Explorer.
When this checkbox is activated, AEP finds suitable decryption keys on all available USB sticks automatically. All you need is to connect USB stick into USB port and select necessary files/folders.
