File Destination

To Save to disk :

1. Ensure your required file format has been checked
2. Check Disk box
3. Browse and select your required location on your hard drive or disk
4. Click Export to export to specified location or OK to save your settings
5. After export you have the following options : Open folder or View output

To Upload to FTP server :

1. Ensure your required file format has been checked.
2. Check FTP server box
3. In the FTP server box, enter the address for the FTP site
   [For example: hostname.com or 02.352.67.162) You get this information from your ISP (Internet Service Provider) OR the server administrator of the FTP site.]
4. Port. This is the port to connect to on the FTP site. This is normally 21, however, it may be something different if you are going through a firewall, or if the site administrator has assigned the FTP service to a non-standard port.
5. Path Enter the destination path for the file.
6. Passive Mode Passive transfers is necessary for some firewall and gateway configurations and when you get failed data channel errors.
7. In the Username and Password boxes, enter the username and password assigned to you by the ISP or server administrator of the FTP site.
8. Proxy and Port Fields are not required.
9. Click Export to save settings and upload your movie or OK to save settings.
   Note: You must be connected to the internet to continue. Click Test to test your FTP connection.

To Send To E-Mail :

1. Ensure your required file format has been checked.
2. Check E-Mail box
3. Select E-Mail client to Use.
4. In the recipient's box, enter the recipient's email address.
5. In the Subject box, you can change Demo Builder's default subject title.
6. In the Body box, type your intended message for recipient or leave default message.
7. Click Export to save settings and export the movie to specified email address or OK to save settings.

To send Movie using SMTP, please follow these steps :

1. Select SMTP engine from the Use menu
2. Click the Icon ... that is now visible.
3. The SMTP settings wizard appears.
4. In Email box, enter you email address.
5. In SMTP Server box, enter SMTP server for the email address you entered.
6. In Username and Password enter the Username and Password for your email address.
7. Click Export to save settings and export the movie to specified email address or OK to save settings.

Note: SMTP Engine is not an email client like Lotus Notes, Outlook and Outlook Express.
