1. I have a desktop computer and a laptop can I use the purchased version on both?
No. A license can not be used for both computers. You just can use it either on a desktop or a laptop. Or it won’t be downloaded successfully.
2. Does the program work with Microsoft Vista Operating System?
Yes. Pavtube DVD to iPhone Converter supports Windows Vista both 32-bit and 64-bit Edition.
3. What are the system requirements for Pavtube DVD to iPhone Converter?
Minimum System Requirements:
- Windows NT4.0 + SP6/2000/XP/Vista
- Microsoft DirectX 8.1 or above

4. How can I set the output file name?
Please find the column named "Destination File" on file list. Double click the particular output name and then you can specify the output file name.
5. The sound of the output file is too quite. Can I set a larger volume?
You can select the chapter or title and then click the "Clip" button. Under the "Effect" tab, there is an option named "Volume". Drag the bar to a larger percentage. Click "OK" to save the settings. Then the output volume will be louder.
6. How do I get rid of the black edges around my movie?
Pavtube DVD to iPhone Converter can help you crop the movie. Select the movie and then click "Clip", click on the "Crop" tab. There are three ways to crop the black edges:
- Select the options in the drop-drown list of "Letter Box"
- Drag the dashed frame on the preview panel.
- Change the value of the four positions: Top, Left, Right and Bottom.
- Click "OK" to save the changes and the black edges will be eliminated.
