Main Elements
Below is a screen capture of the main PhotoLab Calendar window. A PhotoLab Calendar consists of three main boards:
- the Scheduling Area is used to schedule, view, edit, add/delete events under various time views. The Day, Week, Work Week, Year and timeline views, shown in the scheduling area, enable to schedule and view events in different formats.
- the Date Navigator is used to change the dates in the Scheduling Area.

A new tool - the Resource Navigator - gives you quick and easy access to any desired resources in any time view (except the year view). The Resource Navigator is used to scroll resources in different ways or to limit the number of resources that are visible in the view (below Screenshot):

The Scheduling Area displays the time slots with working hours shown in a lighter color than nonworking hours. Time slots are used to schedule your events. The left side of the Scheduling Area is occupied by the time zone bar, which displays the time of the time slots.

Below are images demonstrating Popup menu for Time zone (available in the day view):

This menu enables you to customize the time ruler's scale and add new events (you need to right-click Time zone bar).
Date Navigator offers extremely intuitive access to desired time frames. You need to select a particular day, a range of days, a week or multiple weeks - everything is done with a single mouse operation! Each date selection change automatically updates the PhotoLab Calendar's view , you can also use the date navigator as a separate control for any purposes you need. Its features include:
- ability to display week numbers;
- optional bold mark-up for dates that have events assigned;
- switching between sizing;
- quick month navigation by clicking the month header and scrolling the popup month list;
Search Box

In the Search box, type letters or words (name of the client) you want to find. The results appear as you type. The more you type, the more precise the results are.
