Use the Work Range option to specify the days that contain work hours in the scheduling area:

Work Range

Work Start - specifies the beginning of the work hours, displayed in the scheduling area.
Work Finish - specifies the end of the work hours, displayed in the scheduling area.
Work Days - specifies the days that the work hours appear in.

Enable PhotoLab Calendar on Windows startup - use the check box to have PhotoLab Calendar automatically start each time you reboot your computer.

For easy access to the program, at start PhotoLab Calendar creates an icon in system tray (near the Windows clock). This icon displays the current date. Date

Minimize on startup - if this option is turned off, the program will open at the desktop at each startup. If this option is active, when the program is launched it automatically minimizes to the system tray.

You should handle the "Status Labels" option:

Use the Reminder Sound... dialog to adjust the sound preferences. When the reminder window pops up, it will play the selected sound:

Show reminders window - invokes the Reminders window.

If resources are present, you can specify whether plans should be grouped first by dates or by resources ( Group By option).

Holiday Events Sub-System

If you designate a date to be a holiday, it will be highlighted in the Date Navigator:

How to Add Holidays to a Scheduler?

Follow the steps below:

  • Using the Holidays editor dialog, create holiday locations and holidays associated with these locations, or import predefined holidays from a file, which supports the Microsoft Outlook's HOL format. You can find the HOL-file in your installation directory under Holidays\... folder.
  • To enable holiday highlighting in the Date Navigator, specify the color used to paint these dates.
