Wizards
There are three wizards available in ReaConverter: Quick convert, Red eye remover, and RGB curves. To start working with a wizard, go to the 'Wizards' menu.
Quick convert wizard:
Quick convert is a contracted version of ReaConverter, and is good if you do not need to apply any editing actions, set 'File options' or modify names of your files. You add the files you need to convert and go directly to the last step where you select the destination folder, output format and its settings. Quick Converter wizard is supported by all editions of ReaConverter.

Red eye remover wizard:
Red eye remover is created for removing unwanted red eye effect from digital photos, and is supported by ReaConverter Standard and Pro.
As opposed to Quick convert wizard, Red eye remover is intended for processing a batch of photos one by one in semi-automatic mode. Open your photo(s) in Red eye remover wizard, move the mouse cursor on a photo, select an eye pupil, and release the mouse button. The eye is fixed, and you can start fixing another one.

RGB curves wizard:
RGB Curves is an image and photo color correction tool based on editing each color channel (Red, Green, Blue) separately, or all channels (including alpha channel) at a time by adjusting RGBA . This feature is supported by ReaConverter Standard and Pro, and is intended for advanced an professional use. The wizard works in semi-automatic mode too, meaning that it allows to open a batch of images and photos and then process them one by one.
You can use RGB curves wizard to correct color on photos and images, adjust their brightness and contrast, make tone corrections, remove unwanted color cast, change color temperature, change one color with another, achieve some desired color effects, etc.
Color correction (editing) takes place when you change the shape of the curve. In its default state the curve is a diagonal straight line with a node (point) in the center.

You can preview the changes on your picture when the curve is modified. For example:

You can edit each channel (Red, Green, Blue, Alpha) separately or all color channels (RGBA) at once. Adjusting these channels basically means changing intensity values of a pixel color component (Red, Green, Blue, Alpha) from 0 to 255.
With RGBA selected, modifying the shape of the curve causes changes in all channels. For example, with the curve bent upwards, colors become brighter.
If you just need to control the amount of Red, Green or Blue, select the needed channel in the 'Color channel', and then start adjusting the curve.
Note that RGB curves as well as Red eye remover support just a number of write graphics formats (this list does not correspond to the write formats supported by ReaConverter). These are:
