With the Image Properties dialog you can set properties for each image in the slideshow. Moreover you can set an action for the sound, in this way you can start/stop music or play a specific sound or music for each image.
All the properties set in this window will be stored in a file that has the same name as the picture but a .gprop file extension. For example if you are editing properties for image: "c:\my pics\pic001.jpg" image properties will be saved in the file "c:\my pics\pic001.gprop". .gprop file are simple text files, they can be edited with gPhotoShow (just double click on a .gprop file) or with notepad.
Edit Description
If enabled you can change the description for this image.
Background Color
If enabled this picture can have a custom background color. This color is used to fill those screen parts not used by images.
Auto-Color
If selected gPhotoShow will automatically choose the background color. gPhotoShow will choose a color to match the overall image color.
No Frame
If selected frame won't be shown even if it is enabled in the gPhotoShow general configuration
Text Settings
If enabled this image can have custom text properties (text can be shown in different position and with different attributes).
Custom Duration
If enabled this image can have a custom duration, this mean it can be displayed on the screen for an amount of time different from other pictures
Sounds
Choose here the action you wish to be performed on sounds. You can start/stop sounds or play a file of your choice. If you set the action to play a specific file the file name will be saved as relative to the .gprop file (if possible). In this way if you put all your images and sound files in a common subfolder you can move everything on a cd and it will continue to work.
Auto-Scroll (automatic scrolling of panoramic images)
If selected gPhotoShow will scroll the image on the screen. This function is useful for panoramic images bigger than screen. You can also choose scroll direction. "From Right to Left" means that the image enters the screen from the right side and moves to the left.
Duration:
Here you can set scroll duration. When scroll is finished image stays on the screen for the time set as image delay in the gPhotoShow general configuration. If you have set a long time and don't wish to wait, just set the field "Custom Duration" in this window to 1, you will wait only 1 second.
Rotate
If enabled gPhotoShow will rotate the image
Save
By clicking on this button images properties will be saved
Save Copy
By clicking on this button images properties will be saved to a new file
Cancel
By clicking on this button images properties will NOT be saved
Delete
By clicking on this button the properties of this image will be deleted
