Import existing digital media files and slides

1. On the File menu, click Import->AVFile/PowerPoint/Images/HTML/Flash/URL
2. In File name, enter the path and the name of the file that you want to import, and then click Open.
3. If you import an image file , a HTML file, a flash file or a URL, a dialog box appears to prompt you input a topic sentence for your imported file.

Alternative

1. On the View menu, click Import/Synchronize tab.
2. In the Import/Synchronize tab, click LoadFile button.
3. In File name, enter the path and the name of the file that you want to import, and then click Open.
4. If you import an image file , a HTML file, a flash file or a URL, a dialog box appears to prompt you input a topic sentence for your imported file.
5. Note: You can import only one digital media file and one PowerPoint presentation in a project.
