Publish Presentation
When publishing your presentation using PresenterSoft MediaEasy, you have to consider where your video content, and your web content will be stored.
Your web content can be stored locally, a shared network location , or uploaded to a web server. Video/audio content can be stored locally,a shared network location , on your hard disk, or uploaded to a web server or media server. The source of your video stream affects what you should enter into the Video URL field . If you are streaming the video from your local hard-disk, simply leave this field blank. If you are planning to use a media server, enter the URL of your video stream into this box.

There are three choice to publish your presentation:
- You publish your presentation locally or a shared network location
If you choose to publish your presentation locally, PresenterSoft MediaEasy will publish web contents and video/audio content in the same directory as the path field shown. If you playback your presentation locally , just leave the Video URL field blank, but if you want to copy your video/audio file to a media server later, you should specify a media server URL in the video URL field.
- You publish your presentation to a web server using FTP, web contents and video/audio content in the same directory
You should specify the server and the directory to upload your presentation files.
For Windows Media: Simply leave the media server URL field blank, and PresenterSoft MediaEasy will automatically copy the video file into your publish directory, and set the appropriate path to the video in the web files it creates.
For Real Media: specify a URL in the Video URL field that is the hyperlink point to the video file. (For example, http://mywebserver/presentations/video/rmvideo.rm)
Note:PresenterSoft MediaEasy creates a sub directory 'video'.
- If you publish web contents to a web server using FTP, and publish your video/audio file to a media server using FTP,you should choose publish your video/audio file to different place form web contents ,and specify a media server URL in the Video URL field.
